Oooh, I bet that you cannot look at this little fellas portraits and not smile!

Baby Liam was a dream in his Woody jumper. And his sweet smile and tender little spirit filled up the studio.

As I finished setting up for the day I headed to the lobby to find my first little client, Mr. Liam, and all I could do is gush over how cute he looked. “Very professional Kimberly,” I told myself but I just COULD NOT HELP IT. He gave me the littlest smile and that was it, he had me. I had to try my hardest not to want to give him a big hug and squeeze his little baby cuteness. This is the part about photography that I love the most, is getting to meet so many littles. I love love LOVE children and getting to make them smile with my silliness is pure joy.

I always introduce myself to all my clients even the tiniest of them. I love to get to there level and not only introduce myself but also my camera, the light, the set, and toys. Why? I want them to feel safe, I want them to know I am their friend and I do not want them to be scared. As I handed little toys to Mr. Liam I let him know that they were my toys but I wanted to share them with him… did he understand? Maybe. But he smiled and would take them and so I like to think that he did. And just like that, we became friends. If I told you that it took only ten minutes to capture his entire gallery would you believe me? Well, friends it totally did! ONLY ten minutes and we had a full gallery.

He was a natural little pro.

Mr. Liam, thank you for letting me photograph you. You were one of the highlights of the day. Precious is an ideal word to describe you. And your smile could melt just about anyone including Ben! Yes, bubba we both could not stop talking about you and how AMAZING you did even after we got home and starting reviewing your gallery we could not stop saying how precious you are!

Aiana & Adam, thank you for trusting me to photograph sweet little Liam. You two are doing such a wonderful job with little Mr. His joy, easy spirit and his tender smile towards both of you is very telling. And Aiana a big thank you and hug to you doll for your sweet words and kind message you sent, they MADE MY DAY. It was a pleasure meeting you and getting to enjoy a glimpse into the love that is little Liam. Wish you both many memorable milestone and special memories with sweet baby boy!
