(1) IF a second invoice applies to client based on the collection purchased the second invoice will be sent to each client 15 days after the initial payment (unless otherwise noted by Lovely Photography by KC). The initial 50% booking retainer is nonrefundable, nontransferable, all sales are final, no refunds issued. Invoice terms of agreement if payment is not made on or before due date Portrait Session is automatically canceled. Nonrefundable, nontransferable, all sales are final. Date will be automatically live again for any other booking client to book. All monetary exchange is nonrefundable, nontransferable, all sales are final. To book a different date or time, full booking cost of portrait session will be due at the time of booking. Clients that fail to pay the invoice on time will no longer be eligible for the payment plan EVER AGAIN with Lovely Photography by KC. If booking any future session full cost of the collection will ALWAYS be due at the time of booking.
(2) Lovely Photography by KC is not responsible to send out payment reminders. The client is liable for the on-time payment of the invoice. If you do not pay the second invoice on or before the due date the session is AUTOMATICALLY CANCELED. Lovely Photography by KC is not responsible to notify the client of the CANCELLATION.
(3) Photography Contract and Client Portrait Guide will be sent at least 7 days from the date session is to take place.
(4) ***Your purchase is for a specific date and time; non-refundable non-transferable all sales are final. Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be issued. Please understand photography session are no expectation sessions; you are responsible for the reaction of your child to a camera. If child refuses to be photographed or cries during the entire session Lovely Photography by KC LLC., will NOT and is NOT responsible to issue a refund, or reschedule, nor will price new booking at the price of Portrait Event. Portrait Event prices are only honored during Portrait Event date all other sessions are full price collection no exceptions. Wardrobe is provided by each parent Lovely Photography by KC will not provide wardrobe. By paying the invoice you agree to the terms of agreement non-refundable non-transferable all sales are final, NO REFUNDS will be issued.***
(5) This agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Washington. The venue for any disagreements under this contract shall be courts of appropriate jurisdiction in Pierce County, Washington.
