• Immediate Family Members are included in your selected collection.
• Non-Immediate Family Members may be added for an additional $50 per person.
• Family Pets may be added for an additional $75 per pet.

••••Once your booking is complete, I’ll reach out to schedule your session. Expect a scheduling email no later than the second week of August for FALL sessions and no later than last week of September for Christmas sessions.

Fall Sessions take place at the end of September and throughout October.

Christmas Sessions take place in October, November, and December.





INVESTMENT
** Investment: $350 + tax
To reserve your session date and time, you may pay the minimum deposit, half, or the full amount. Your purchase secures a specific Portrait Collection.

Please note: All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The remaining balance is due no later than October 1, 2026. Failure to pay the balance by this date will result in the automatic cancellation of your session.

Pet Policy: Pet portraits are not permitted unless approved in advance by Kimberly (KC) and only if you have purchased a collection that includes pets.

If approved, a $75 fee per pet will apply. After booking, you’ll be asked whether you’d like to include a family pet in your session. If your selected collection allows for pets, an invoice for the pet fee will be sent at that time.

After Booking You will receive the following:

• Client Guide

Portrait Delivery: Standard turnaround is 4 weeks from the date you select your favorites. Please allow a total of 5 weeks from the date of your session for final delivery.

If you need your portraits sooner, a RUSH Delivery option is available at checkout. With this add-on, you’ll receive your final digital portraits within 7 business days (business days are Monday through Thursday only).

If you are a professional photographer or photography hobbyist, please do not inquire about booking a session with me. This policy also applies if you are booking for a child whose parent(s) or family members are photographers or hobbyists and will be included in the session.
