DATE & TIME
• The session date and time are TBD. I will contact you in January 2026 to schedule. If you do not have a specific date in mind, that is completely fine. The session must take place between January 2026 and November 2026. If the client does not schedule within this timeframe, the session will be voided. This purchase is nonrefundable and nontransferable, and no refunds will be issued. • • The purchase cannot be moved into the 2027 calendar year.

Investment: $300 plus tax
• To reserve your date and time you may pay half now or pay in full. • Your purchase applies only to the specific Portrait Collection selected. All sales are final, nonrefundable, and nontransferable, and no refunds will ever be made. The Portrait Session must take place between January 2026 and November 2026. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days before the session date.

LOCATION
• Studio: Tacoma or Lakewood
• Weekend Fee: If a weekend date is requested, an additional fee of $100 dollars will be added to the session. Photography days run Monday through Sunday from 9:00am to 7:00pm.

PET POLICY
• No pet portraits are allowed unless approved by Kimberly (KC) prior to purchase.

ATTENTION:

If you are a fellow photographer or photography hobbyist PLEASE DO NOT book with me. I do not photograph other photographers or photography hobbyists or if you are purchasing for a child and the parent is a photographer/photographer hobbyist. This includes anyone in your group/family that will be photographed as well as if your partner/husband/wife/girlfriend is a photographer but you are only booking for you and not them note this also includes you and thus please do not book. If you book I will CANCEL your session without a refund, it will be at a loss to you for disregarding my time and policy.

This policy is in place due to an unfortunate traumatic experience.

Thus, PLEASE understand and respect my boundaries.

Fellow photographers/clients please practice ethical business behavior and respect my policy. In the future, this may change however, for now, I have been legally advised to set this PROTECTIVE FIRM boundary.
